Agua do Mar is open online and we're shipping all over European union as usual.

Please note there may be delays in some cases, though we are doing our utmost to minimize this.

Our shipping partner UPS is offering a no-contact delivery option where the courier prints the receivers name instead of a signature.

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees if you are located within European union.

Shipping Information

We ship our products directly from our offices in Lisbon, Portugal.

The withdrawal of a purchase can be made in a maximum of 15 (fifteen) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. The product cannot show signs of use and/or washing, it must be in perfect condition and with the label attached.

The part can be returned by the same method of receipt to the same address, no reason will be asked.

In case of usage of a "free shipping" promotion, and the full order is returned, the average amount of 15 euros will be discounted from the total value of the refund to cover for the shipping expenses.
